The people were great. The on-line reservation process was easy, although we were uninformed about the $200 deposit on-line. Drop off was very easy and the car was nice (Mazda 3) except the seats weren't very comfortable. All in all a very pleasant experience.
When I was booking my rental for the next morning, the representative realized that I was nervous about making to my meeting (a 4.5 hour drive away and was beginning 4.5 hours from the time the business opened). The next morning when I arrived early to pick up the car, she had also arrived 20 minutes before opening so she could promptly and efficiently get me checked out and on the road to make my appointment.
The worst car rental service ever!!! I rented a car from here through insurance due to an accident. I drive an XLT Ford Explorer an was supposed to be given something comparable but instead I was given a Volkswagen Tiguan which is extremely small and drives awful. Then the wacky rep Taylor (beware this lady seems nice but has no clue what she is doing). Hertz charged my credit card for the rental instead of charging the insurance company. It took me hrs to get this taken care of. Take my advice and don't rent from this branch. If you want great/accurate customer service go to the Hertz up the road... This hertz deserves a no star!!!
I needed a rental car because my car was in the shop for repairs. This rental is paid for by my insurance, and my insurance chose this company. Renting my car was easy enough, but I'm a little thrown off by the fact that my rental is dirty. The exterior is clearly unwashed, and the interior is dusty and grimy. I'd just expect better.
Hertz surely stands out above all other rental car companies I've encountered. Andrew was polite, accommodating, kind, understanding and very helpful. I highly recommend anyone needing a rental car to call Andrew at Hertz! Amazing!!
I had a wonderful experience and will be preferentially using this location again!
