Absolutely the BEST service I have ever received at any restaurant! The staff was upbeat and cheerful even during a busy hour. I was here on a Friday at 6 pm (09/08/2017) and I expected to wait a while, but there was hardly a wait at all. They were quick and still explained everything thoroughly as it was my first time ever eating here. I will absolutely come back when I swing through St. Louis again. Thank you!!
Ordered online, asked for extra black beans, but got no beans. Good had no teaser. Portions small. Never going back to this place.
I love this chipotle so much, the staff are so so so friendly! And the food is delicious!! This place is honestly the only Mexican food place I like in Bloomington. Fast, inexpensive, and delicious. :)
I worked here a few years back, they treat this place like its a cult. They even caused me to miss a final in school because they were concerned that i wasnt dedicated to my job. They were fully aware of my student status when they hired me. I was never a bad employee, if fact they got compliments on my service daily. When they marinate the meat they barely pay attention to how long the raw meat has been sitting out. (If you've ever gotten food poisoning thats probably why) I was fired for being a "low performer" when I literally did everything that was asked of me and constanly asked how I could improve. Please spend your money elsewhere. This company is honestly the worst.
They move the line quickly, but make mistakes. The inside is TINY. There are weird quirks, like you have to ask the cashier to get a spoon.
