This bad review is for Britney or they lady working at Britney's station idk her name bc she was an unwelcoming not very friendly person who failed to even introduce herself.
Got my daughters hair done. It was cheap and more importantly her hair looked amazing. Nice and welcoming staff.
I sure hope there's someone else there in the morning who CAN fix her haircut. How embarrassing for her to have gone through this and only a couple weeks from her birthday party on top of it!
My dad just went to this Fantastic Sams and as the saying goes " You get for what you paid for" we told him never again to go to this Fantastic Sams again. Buyers beware!! The hair stylist was Brittney that cut my dads hair.
Brittney did an aweful job looks like my daughter had a bowl placed on her head for a haircut. Waiting til they open in the morning and someone other than brittney is there to try and fix this...very disgusted no words to express just how disgusted I am. I knew better than to let someone other than Erin cut her hair - ERIN IS AWESOME my daughter is special needs and Britney should of said she is not able or not comfortable cutting special needs kids hair instead of delivering this subpar performance.
