When I stopped in today to get gas and quick snack on my lunch the attendant working was very rude. As soon as I walked I could read on her face that she did not want to be there, let alone help me. The snack I picked up was 2 week expired and when I gave the old product to her she seemed mad that I brought it to here attention.
This hicks is incredibly awesome. Im a block away. A companion to a 97-year-old couple and had a disabled friend to stop and get 2 pints of ice cream for dessert tonight. The manager got on the phone and I now have ice cream tonight for dinner. What an awesome place.
Zero concern for customers. Pump did not shut off while fueling my vehicle. Gas was spewing like crazy all over me, my car and the parking lot. One woman was lovely and seemed to care but couldn't step away from the counter. The pump registered $20 more than my tank holds and they couldn't help. The pump wasn't shut down or even
cleaned from the gasoline when I drove by 20 mins later. There was another man that told me there was nothing he could do and no advice other than call the store owner in two days?! I am just upset that there was no concern for safety. And I'm out $20 for gas that is all over the parking lot and a $20 car wash for the outside and inside of my car.
