I live near the Brentwood store and it seems tight and small. Employees are not the friendliest. 3 stars for them. On the other hand the Kirkwood store gets 5 stars all around.
I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I shop there. They have so many nice things to choose from.
The younger weekend staff is a lot nicer and way more customer oriented than the Mon-Fri staff, JUST SAYING! Other than that, I love spending my $$ here.
Hayden Mortimer is the nicest young man I have ever met. he deserves a 50 cent raise if it were up to me. He had a smile that just made my day. His subtle yet incisive movements gave me the relief and satisfaction that life will be okay.
This place has the most AMAZING collection on home decor at a low price, plus TOP NOTCH customer service. Jasmine searched all over the store with me to find the other panel to a curtain set for about ten minutes. Unfortunately, we didn't find it. I was a little sad, but I continued to shop for the other things I needed. While at the register checking out - Jasmine shows up with the other panel we'd searched for 45 minutes ago. Although, I had given up; she hadn't. This shopping experience was the best ever all. Eva use of Jasmine and her unbelievably extraordinary customer service. Homegoods - I'm a customer for life!
