This is store is a mess! I wish I could add photos. I couldn't get my cart down isles even tripped over stuff laying in the floor! I've never see anything like it.
The lady in the fitting room was rude and unhelpful. I went to give her items I didn't want to purchase and she moved away from me and said "oh just put it on the cart" ...what happened to customer service? I'm use to them at least taking the items you can't take into the fitting room until you are ready for them. Also handing you items as you give items back so you don't have to get fully dressed to go and get them. Not a pleasant experience at all. I've been to other burlington and if there was an attendant in the fitting room they were definitely nice and helpful.
Line is really slow even though there are six cashiers. They are slow as molasses!
This is one if the worst stores I've been to.. it was very messy, it made me think of Goodwill. Things were thrown all over the shelves. The thing that freaked me out is this store is called Burlington coat factory and the only few racks of coats they have are way in the back! There was more underware on hangers then Coats!! Place was nasty!! Will not return!!
Nice selection but the checkout process is ridiculous. Literally spent more time trying to check out than I did shopping. Be prepared to wait.
