We were given a coupon for a free express wash from our dealership and I finally put it to use yesterday! I wasn't sure exactly what was covered with the coupon, so I parked and walked in to ask. I was immediately greeted by a kind young man. After looking over my coupon, he offered to take my keys, drive it around and get it started. I went to the counter to pay/give my coupon and hung out in the waiting room. It was only a few minutes before the pulled my car back around and hand dried it.
Best place in St. Louis to get your car washed. Very clean and detailed oriented.

This place is a total ripoff, charge an arm and a leg to get even the smallest wash, complained to the management and their response "what do you expect me to do about it, give you a free wash?" and laughed in my face. I asked his name and wanted to speak to the General Manager, he said his name was Jim Poelker and that he was the General Manager. I would give this place ZERO stars if that was an option on google but it isn't. I would highly recommend not coming here or to any waterway locations.
