This company and these guys are awesome! Called about a front derailleur issue, they squeezed me in right then, recommended another issue I was not aware of, reviewed with me, confirmed I wanted to move forward, and took care of it all. Super helpful, super personable.
Dirk went above and beyond to help me when I bought my first road bike! He really measured me and got me all fit and situated on the bike. He showed me tips and techniques, and how to change a flat tire. This visit was so helpful he was very knowledgeable to any question I had on the bike. Billy Goat bikes have never disappointed!!

These people are the real deal. Genuine, courtious, professional, and they really care about what they do. They can handle repairing anything from old French stuff the the most modern tech. My only complaint is that tney are not in the city so I could go to them more often. So much experience, knowledge, and friendliness behind the counter here.
As far as customer service goes, Billy Goat Bicycle Co. goes above and beyond expectations. Dirk was very fair and answered all of my questions honestly. Staff was friendly and engaging. Communication after the sale is excellent. Bicycle shops can sometimes be a little unwelcoming but Billy Goat Bicycle Co. was absolutely perfect. Go check them out.
