Staffs at this bank are being replaced quit often, you see a teller this month and next month she or he is gone!
Worst of the Missouri branches by far. Took 20 minutes in depositing a paycheck only to find out they have no idea what they are doing behind the desk and decide to cancel said transaction. This is the ONLY branch ive found to be rude and unknowledgable. Fenton branch doesn't even ID me anymore; Ive been banking in the region since June '07 for Christ sake. Looks like im traveling 15 miles out of the way just for a professional banking experience. Thank you Kirkwood branch for letting me down. Again.
This is a very bad bank the person who runs this branch is very rude and I will never go there .
Hit or miss here... Could be a short line, but it seems everyone has a problem and it takes forever.
